1. Describe the assignment

What are you promoting, who do you want to reach and what content do you need? You can set the budget and dates later.

The creator publishes the agreed content on their profile. The collaboration must be disclosed.

Product and materials (optional)
Format, rights and measurement (optional)

Agree on the licence scope and duration with the creator. These settings will be used in the agreement; the description does not change them automatically.

Where can the creator publish?

Prepare UTM links in the campaign dashboard. Links alone do not measure reach or sales — add results using creators' data and your own analytics.

3. Target audience

Niches
Languages
Creator's followers (optional)

4. Budget or barter

You can save the draft without a budget. You confirm the amount or the barter offer before publishing the assignment.

How do you compensate the creator?

Commission model: 15% of the base budget goes to Wave and 85% to the creator (before their taxes/contributions). Wave charges only its commission + VAT; you pay the creator directly. Creator VAT and any contributions payable by the client are settled separately.

Net Wave commissionPLN 0.00

VAT 23%PLN 0.00

Gross amount due to WavePLN 0.00

Creator remuneration — pay directly—

Wave invoices only its commission. Creators' VAT and any client contributions are settled separately.

5. Suggested creators

We found creators matching your target audience. All are selected by default — deselect any you do not want or search for more.

Nobody to choose? Find creators on YouTube

Wave will search YouTube for your brief. These people are not on Wave — invite them using a personal link. When they join, you will find them in the search above: save your draft and return.

6. Schedule

Dates and result tracking are optional in a draft. Agree on deadlines with creators before work starts.

7. Review the draft

Save a draft and return later. Publishing an assignment is a separate decision: it requires an agreed budget, selected creators and an accepted agreement. Confirm payment on the next screen.
